First of all, I would sell Vazquez and Zonglei simply because they are old and will continue to keep dropping skills. Second, I would tank out of this league (I hear it is very difficult to get out of) and after you get out of debt, try to pick up an 18 or 19 YO big to train along with Wray.

This is my best guess for your arena:

Bleachers: $ 8
Lower Tier: $ 30
Courtside: $ 70
Luxury: $ 700

Maybe check the staff salaries, too.
You probably don't need more than a minimal PR and doctor.
As for trainers, it is wise to switch them before their wages go sky high. I drop lvl4 trainers when they're about 17 k$, for a 12 ou 13 k$ one.

do what I'm doing, do a fire sale. Then after you got some cash buy some scrubs that can play you thru the week and don't even worry about GS, just enth. you see me? I have 2 trainees and trying to buy another one. so when you got your cash, get a trainee and then train him. BUILD your arena. After my firesale I had 680k nad was able to build my arena to whatb it is going to be now. Then you invest 3-4 points a week in the scouting points. Once you tank out of the league, and walk away with hopefully a stud draftee.....buy some 8-9k players that are young for your bot D5 (the younger they are the better, cause you could still have them as your bench in D4) then keep building arena.

I'm tanking out of a tough D4 league and building arena..............

when you lose games on purpose AKA TIE. (Take IT Easy) you TIE most of your games on purpose to lose. If it gets to the points where multiple teams are tanking they forfeit (don't field 3 players)

It's really annoying for competitors cause lets say you're in 6th and tried all season to win and then theres a tanker in 7th and you face em in relegation series..............the tanker gets to buy 200k monsters and then crush you in the series. thats why tanking is bad

Tanking is the cowardly way out of a tough (no pun intended) situation. It involves losing games on purpose to get a better draft pick, also you reduce the total salary of your team to bring in the most revenue. Two things are wrong with this strategy. First and formost you are not guarenteed to get a stud draft pick, and if you don't you have just mortgaged your entire season for nothing. Second once you have wasted one whole season of losing, you then have to then spend at least one more entire season in a lower division trying to get back to where you started. If you read the news report that came out in the middle of the playoffs last season it states that they are trying to discourage this by making it less rewarding.

In my opinion don't take the cowardly way out. I have made it to Div III. by training players and selling them a season or so after buying them and mixing in some good veterans. Also you can survive in division IV by simply managing gameshape and enthusiam. The games you know you can't win take it easy, and then the games that might be close you can normal them and since your enthusiam is higher than their's (most likely) you will more likely win those games. And don't become predicatable in your tactics so others will have to guess what they should play against you. And on the other side, do some research on your opponents to see what their tendencies are.
