I agree that 27 might be bit too low age but overall I don't see a major problem. Teams just have to adjust by training 2 players instead of 3 when they get older.

I think augus is obviously referring to training 3 top level 27 yo at single position here, which is still the common practice in at least CBSL. The new engine is definitely throwing a huge curve ball to a lot of the top managers - a 27 yo top player who still receives training and pushing for 160 tsp is going to have a huge value different vs a 27 yo top player who stopped at 152 tsp, so any such change of training plan is going to be massively costly to affected managers.
and yes, I am one of the managers that's going to be killed by this change unfortunately. unless I decide to dump my 21 yo pot 10 player, one of the other two 27-28 yo top player in my roster will have to stop to be trained, thus his likely value in 3 years probably just got cut in half

As I said, 27 might be too low age. If it was 29 or 30, I feel like it would be much less of a problem but I still think the current change is fine as is. But could be better!

Yeah, I have 26/27 year olds trainees right now, and I don't see how can I train them both and play them both regular minutes in competitive matches at the same time.

Game 1: A starter for 36' /B backup for 12'
Game 2: B starter for 36' /C backup for 12'
Game 3: C starter for 36' /A backup for 12'
A as B as C play for 48'
IF
we are sure that a player is exausted after 36 min and not randomly after 36 maybe 38 or 41.
Could this be a solution?
