This spreadsheet is a tool for modeling training based on the information gathered from the BB Training Project. It allows you to input skills, heights, ages, potential, trainer level, weeks of training and which trainees get minutes. And it models the training, including the elastic effect. You must download it and open it on your computer for it to work.
