From what i remember it opens up right after the allstar game. Now close to 2 hours after there is no list. Will it be opening up soon?

To some leagues its open but for a lot its still closed.. will it be fixed?

It is open in Div3, I have a friend there. However it is unavaliable in Div 4 Turkey.

I am d3 and its closed. Its open in some leagues in Israel but mine is closed
