Any plans to be able to add older training dates?

Thanks for setting this up. Should be an awesome resource.

One thing I did not see mentioned is if you are also planning on researching whether there is an effect training a foreign player instead of a domestic player or how big it is.

US users should continue to use the version we have up on the off-site. All the analysis is pulling from both sites, so no need to have it in both places. You'll still be able to access the analysis page(s) if your data is on the other site. The tracking functionality is exactly the same in both places.

I haven't decided about adding older data. I think it's important to have really good, high quality data, and the GM script really ensures that. As good as some people's records undoubtedly are going further back, it's MUCH harder to guarantee it.

Now, if you can convince the BB's to let the training history page for supporters go back further, we'd really be in business.

On a partially related note, I've added some code to filter untrustworthy data. It seems to be working, but if anything looks strange, let me know.

Great job! looking forward to seeing the results from this. I've posted a link to this topic in the Swedish forum and hope that many will join up and help.

Great! Just a reminder to all-- this only will work if the language is set to English (US) for now. I know this is inconvenient, bet we're stuck with it for now. There's a couple teams that have sent foreign language data, and I'll be going through to remove this at some point because it can skew the results (although it's a small enough # right now that I don't think you need to worry about it when looking at the data).

Btw, isn't English UK ok?

Don't know if the skills differ there.

I think there are a few differences actually (Stamina -> Endurance?). We're working on updating the GM script, and perhaps even adding a translation table, but those both still need some work.

Also, it looks like they (and probably the rest of the world) use a different date format (year-day-month instead of year-month-day) so that's causing things to be recorded for the wrong day.

On an unrelated note, you can now filter the training data by height as well as age. A word of caution though-- if you set your filter too stringently, you'll get very small data sets, especially if you use atypical or unusual heights, which can cause the numbers to become very inaccurate. So, use at your own risk!
