Ladies and gentlemen I am proud to say I will have a 40 year old player in my roster next season. Yea... How many people do you know that can say that nowadays!?!?!

If you wait until season 22, then the first seasons 18 year olds will turn forty. as is, the youngest guys at 40 were 22 in season one, and so did not get trained. It would be interesting to see how some of these 400k salary monsters become more valuable when they get into their late 30s b/c of their high experience.
