I'm scouting some players in that section of Manage My Team, but I wanted to know when the draft is and how I draft the player. I have a player I want, but I don't know when or how I get him. Thanks!

The draft is at the end of the season after the playoffs, you put him at the top of your draft boards and hope he is available when your team picks.

You scout the prospects and you submit the ranking list with the players you want the most at the top. Then at the end of the season, the draft happens and teams pick automatically according to their rankings. Afterwards you'll see who you got on your roster.
