It said that my team is celebrating the appointment of http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/33080456/overview.aspx into the Ukraina U21 National Team but I didn't see him on that team. Why can't I see him on there and when can I? Thanks!

He just called your player to see his skills, is he improving or etc, then he kick him out, NT and U20 managers do this often when there are no competition games. Cheers.
