What is the perfect distribution of seats to go for, end game in Division 1? I've heard that there's a cap on how many bleacher seats you can sell even though you can overbuild all you want, and there's a hard cap on total attendance(?), so 50 luxury, 500 courtside, and what else?

21-22k in total, building more is a waste of money because of your mentioned cap. Opinions vary, but I'd go for 12000-8000-500-50. There are managers with 10k-10k arenas, but that's really expensive and pays off poorly, if at all.

Right, ~21k

I remember I've seen one time that there is a limit for the arena, I woudn't make mistake but I think 20k, that's not true?

ages ago there were arenas with more than 30k but today I'm sure you can't go over 500 and 50 seats, probably no limit on the "poors" seats, btw thanks ;)

The belief is once you get over 20k you can only fill half at best of the next 1k over that. The max is 20,500 who can ever turn up to a game.

I've gone 15k 5k 500 50 for mine and been happy so far. Too many more Lower seats and I think the price difference between to 2 becomes too low. Lower costs more to build and you need to get more then a little extra to make it worthwhile.
At present my prices are $11 and $27 and going to have to alter it by raising bleachers and lowering lower to fill them out.

And when you think the prices difference of $200 and $700 to build you would like to think you can get at least double of more for lower seats.

Not quite right - somewhere there's a post floating around that breaks it down further (maybe half of seats 20000-21000, then a third of the next thousand, or something like that), but I know 20.5k is not the max and was able to find a team that's broken it recently enough:

he has 24500 seats and went 50 over the 20500. hardly a return on the investment. I sure if you had a 40k arena and set all your prices to lowest in top level league in the finals you would get decent amount past it but in real terms anything over 21k is a complete waste of money

That's precisely why I didn't say that it was financially worthwhile, because that's a value decision (and I am certain people have gotten higher, but I only did a quick search of a couple of teams I expected would fit the bill). I was just merely pointing out that the stuff that was quoted was inaccurate and demonstrably so.
