Do people think it is good to constantly train say guards and sell off and aquire your bigs with what you sell. Or do go back and forth. Just curious what people's opinions are.

I think it's best to have a healthy balance of training players to keep long-term and training to sell for a profit. Some people prefer to train players for their team and keep them until they turn 33+ or their whole career. Others like to buy players, train a little, then flip them for a profit. For a user starting out on BB, I recommend training for your team a little over training for profit. But it's up to you to decide what you want to do.

I like building SF's.
They sell for a lot of money in the future
which lets you aquire big salaried players for the future.

I just train the players I'm able to acquire and what fits my team, with a preference to SF's because you can fit them in any training schedule.
