Good day Misr,

I am MinokawA of Pilipinas and running for the next Misr U21 Coach. What I can offer Egypt is my strategics. I can also help you properly train your players to maximize their potential. I have successfully trained 2 former Pilipinas U21 front court in Hulk Colada (46505195), and Benjamin Ubaldo (47428618). And now currently training Pilipinas U21, and Misr U21 hopeful, Augustus Calo (48046328), and Ameen Ababneh Abed-Sulaiman (48754305).

Stay safe,

Hello Egypt!

I'm Alex from The Netherlands and running as a candidate for the U21 coach of your national team.

I've been the NT coach of South Africa for the last 3 terms, right now I don't have any function with a national team.
Looking at what I managed in that period is getting the team from the world ranking of position 85 to position 75, an increase of 10 places. I did this without any help of the community there, but i strive to involve all managers as much as posible so I hope that will happen. I'm ranked #1 on the South African manager ranking, well ahead of all other mangers on that list.

I won two bronze medals in the African Championship, making the most of what was posible at that moment. My best result in the consolidation tournament is a 41st place in season 50, with a 4-4 record and a +42 points diferential. This included an overtime win over the number 21 of the world Uruguay.

I've been playing BB since season 2 but as you can see not with the same team. I had some good results with the highlight winning the Dutch Cup, right now I'm in league II.2 , I played in the DBA last season the Netherlands highest league.

Looking at the current state of Egypt on Buzzerbeater I think there is plenty of room for improvement, and I will try to make the national team better step by step. I won't be rushing things or promising you that I will win that amount of games or get to a certain ranking as I simply can't promise you that, the only thing I can promise is that I will do my best to make the most out of my time if given the opportunity to coach the national team.

Here are a couple of things you can expect from me:

1. I will try to make the Egyptian BB community grow and be more dedictated to what it is right now, regualary send messages to the Egyptian managers and managers who have a national team player or potential national team player to keep in touch with them.

2. I will look forward to hear ideas from the community and share them with everyone to hear what they think of it, rather than me making all decisions by myself without asking around first. I'm gonna be checking the options on how I can make things better and working together as a team.

3. Don't expect quick results from me, I like to do things properly and make small steps forward rather than jumping into conclusions and making decisions that turn out to be the wrong ones. At the end of each season I will be looking if I made progress on several matters and share them at the Egypt forum, that way everyone will have the chance to give some feedback.

In case you might have any question, please don't hesitate to ask me.

Greetings!
