Hello coaches!

I have played the game for a long time and have been to every league possible so I understand the training and tactics process.
I have coached Estonia and Crna Gora U21 teams. I took Crna Gora team up about 40 places and helped train the best players ever for Crna Gora U21. I can take UAE and make them in to a better team, we just need some small adjustments and here we go!

I will not choose players based on the teams(italian) they are playing on like the coach you have now.

The best players will be on NT, that is the only way to move forward!

no players have been calle in NT because their owners were Italians or belonging to a specific user

LOL right back at you. The fact that you dont take the best player from U21 with a salary of 55k and 120TSP means that you don’t understand how the system works. You told me that his potential is limiting him from making the NT while you had a 26 YO SUPERSTAR with 26K SALARY🤣 belonging to Italian team(who you have cut now after I told you to) means that you should not coach any NT!

You have ZERO drafted and developed players in your squad. It means you don’t have the slightest idea how to train players and you should not be in charge of a NT
