I would like ThebigM to explain why he should be re-elected after starting his term in 78th position and ending it in 90th.

"Ok, you can't be re-elected because you were never elected 😅

Yes, I am human and I make mistakes (although not many 😉). The drop in the ranking is not attributable to ThebigM. Even so, I feel more qualified than him to lead this team."

On the other hand, I think that him (or members of the staff) training the national team players himself is not correct since he would be benefiting his own team and there will always be doubts about whether he is really choosing the best players.

I'm editing my comment to add that there are at least 20 19-year-old players better than the 3 you signed.
On the other hand, although it's great to think about the future, the important players for this term are those aged 20 and 21 😉

Thank you,
Sergi

Hi Sergi,

Thanks for the question, although it shows your lack of understanding of the Belarus community and situation. The old U-21 coach went inactive and was responsible for 50-0 defeats. Under my leadership we we were able to win and field a suitable lineup. I have also been able to scout all of our youth talents and create a database of players. You probably were not aware since you have only taken interest in Belarus since the election started.

That's great that you found some good players, maybe you can sign them and train for the youth team too.

Cheers!

Thebigm

Your answer is a bit hypocritical, since you were not interested in the Belarusian national team until the last elections.
You do not respond to my comment that it is not right for you to have young Belarusians in your team and benefit from it. Even more so when they are not the best of their age.
Here are some examples of much better players:

(53921774)
(53918026)
(53918009)
(53922946)

What you have to do as a coach is to contact their managers to train them properly, not sign them.

Sergi

I do not have any Belarus players on my team Sergi so I am not sure what you are talking about.

And I am not sure how you know which players are better when I can see their skills and you can't. I have already scouted those players that you have listed.

Whether you buy them or your staff buys them, it's the same thing.
And the fact that you don't know how I can tell which players are better shows your lack of knowledge of the available tools and your lack of preparation to be the Belarusian coach.

In Spain we usually say "tell me what you brag about and I'll tell you what you lack" and the first thing you have done is change your name to (Belarus_U21) 😅

Now seriously, I have nothing personal against you. But I want to be the Belarus coach.

I have imbibed the wisdom of the great BB managers (and their tools) and I believe that I have the necessary knowledge to take charge of this team, which is obviously in a position in the ranking below where it belongs.

I connect to the game daily (like you) from the first day, I study the rivals in depth, I make good use of predictions and enthusiasm. I have trained several players for their U21 teams and can advise other managers to train young Belarusians. But, I insist, that should be the role of the coach and not sign players for his own benefit (neither he nor the staff).

A Belarusian manager may run in the elections and all this we are discussing will be useless, but anyway I wish you luck in the elections. I hope we can have a cordial treatment. You can ask me for advice for whatever you need (after the elections 😉)

All the best,

Sergi
