At the link is my league.
2nd in Average Points Per Game and 4th in Average Assists Per Game is player Pavel Helmich (48927050) with 27.9 PPG and 6.9 APG and team shown is BK Slavia Praha but from 13/02/2025 he is my player. We both play the same league.
Before the transfer he played 11 games for BK Slavia Praha with 27.9 PPG and 6.9 APG which is exactly what is shown in the statistics. Including the game today he already played 3 league games with 22.3 PPG and 6.3 APG. So that in total he played 14 games with 26.7 PPG and 6.8 APG and should be 4th in Points and 4th in Assists and team shown should be BC Hostivař.
In addition I think it affects my merchandising as the former owner told me that he brought him last weeks about 100k. The amount in my economy is at the moment $ 57 514.

I am not 100% sure but if he only played 11 games for his former team he will lose his top-10-position at the end of the season because the minimum number of required games is 12.

So at this point he stays in the top-10 because he made 11 of 10 required games.

From my understanding you receive the top-10-merch for him now but you will loose this and receive your own top-10-merch as soon as he played enough games for your team.

I'm sorry I would prefer answer of some BBs ...
Anyway there is League Leaders bug, his total stats are what I mentioned. The way in which it affects merchandising of his new team (=my team in this case) is question but I would prefer if they could explain it.

Hey, not my experience but this happened in ome of our leagues.

Basically, to display player's stats in league leaders at all, that player must have minimum games played in league for your team in this case. Stats displayed are from previous team and that's why they don't change with matches he played for you.

If you open your team statistics, you can see that mentioned player has 3 gp. For some reason this counter resets if player changes team, even in same league.

It also impacts your merchandise of course. For him to have "normal" merch values, he has to play minimum games required for him to be in leaders tables. Same goes for bonus for being top league leader

Again ... in my topic there two differents thinks:
1) stats are bad. If you see any stats for example NBA. Always counts all the games of these players what changes teams during the season. It has to count all the games
2) merchandising efect - influence of my merchandising I want just that BB could explain it. If they explained how it works I will be ok never mind it will be good or bad news for me. But anyway there probably could be bad influence to merchandising of 3rd and 4th players as they could be 2nd and 3rd ...

This is interesting topic. Let's wait for BB to explain this in numbers (2nd part of your topic)

For the 1st part, it seems that previous ownership isn't considered in any calculations. I'm not saying it's correct that way, with relation to real world it doesn't make sense. Luka definitely has bigger sales in Lakers then some random Joe would if they brought him.

I had similar situation with one of my bigs I bought this season after couple of rounds... he had sales of 200$ even though his salary was over 100k until he played the required minimum of matches for my team. Now it jumped up a bit, but he isn't even close to my lther big with similar salary.

I assume, the bonus itself is pretty significant. My 19yo is leader in ast in league and is high in pts, he was in allstar and his merch is above 50% of his salary.
