First of all, his secondaries are terrible. Second, there are bigs who have higher IS/ID/REB than he does. I know it is up to fewmit, but we already have enough bigs with better skills.

That's not how you answer that. You really should highlight a positive first, so as to lighten up the letdown. For example:

" I am impressed that he has proficient stamina. This ensures he'll be able to suck at the same level the entire time, rather than having to carry a backup to share the load."

This really isn't the place to see if your player has what it takes. First, because this is a public forum (and we don't want our players skills available to our competition). And second, because it's really attractive troll-bait.

Joining the offsite (136866.1) or sending a bb-mail the coach or a scout is going to get better results.

Hi there U21 manager! Come to see what makes the US team the best in the world? Perhaps you have seen my little posting here. Pretty cool, eh? I think so. When I made it I did understand that posting it in a public forum makes the information freely available to all, including other inferior U21 programs. No problemo. Feeling lazy and not smart enough to come up with a training program for your own team? Use this one. Seriously. The skill is in the construction of a team, not the blueprint...so you'll still come up short of the mighty US U21 program not matter how much you try and emulate us.

One small request though, Mr. Lazy-Ass U21 Manager: When you copy this and post it in your team forum...at least give me credit for it and don't try to pass it off as your own creation. That just makes you a thief and a liar on top of being a lazy SOB. Thanks!

Hugs and kisses! USA U21

Group hug!

Gotta love when a U21 TRAINING GUIDE is used to:
a) randomly post player skills
b) for a 24-year-old
c) in the wrong language

Just... ugh.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

He would have been awesome on a U17 team. He'll never, ever, and I mean ever be good enough with that potential to be considered for any reason whatsoever for the U21.
