We do have plenty of good U21 prospects this season. I'll see if I can get any to defect to Luxembourg in exchange for future favors TBD.

Second Team:
Ric Flair Drippers
I'd get his passing up ASAP

Passing for PG for about 7 weeks (or until 8-10) and then after that I'd either go to 1v1 Guards (if you want a pure Guard, and it helps with elastic effect) or head onto ID (if you want a LI Guard, which in some cases is better but with the SB changes it's yet to be decided)

Then after you train what you want, I'd do some OD and finish with Jump Shot

First, I would train him in OD until he is proficient. This will keep him from being a defensive liability.
Secondly, I recommend training his PA to strong. This will help your team's offensive flow and cut down on turnovers a bit.
Next, I would give him some 1v1 Guards to bring his HA/DR up to strong-proficient.
If you feel like it, then I would also train JS Guards to proficient-prominent.

I believe it depends on how you run your system. What are you aiming for. A SG that can help an Inside focus offense (Look Inside) or an Outside Shooting guard who can score outside (Push the Ball)?

The first guy doesn't stand a chance due to his potential. As for the second guy, I don't want to say that he wouldn't make it either, but his OD, and especially his PA, are low. They would make nice team players, though.
