Another easy win ...

I have some troubles with playing time this week, so I will continue training 1 on 1 for the moment also knowing that I have 4 players to train now, but I am not closing the door to a modification in the coming weeks so that Ikoma progresses in OD.

Normally when you train 18y players and you start 1vs1 you buy 6 players to train. If you change the training to OD or Passing you are loosing training on 3 players and you are loosing money too. Thats one of the reason I do not like much giving other trainings before 1vs1 is finished

Kensaku Ikarashi (50574287) | 1 on 1 SF/PF (48 minutes) | ↑popped↑ Handling
Masaru Haraguchi (50614616) | 1 on 1 SF/PF (48 minutes) | ↑popped↑ in Driving

I have corrected the playing times and all the Japanese players have completed their 48 minutes

I disagree, there is a new way to train.
First, you train ID to 11. Then 1 on 1 Fs until they are 4 levels above OD and passing. Then you train OD and and passing for a pop.
I have never tried it but I will after seeing (49988983)

This is Koma, and I believe he will be the best player in Nippon history.

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: prolific
Driving: sensational Passing: strong ↑
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: prolific
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: inept Free Throw: strong

Experience: pitiful TSP: 88 (54 + 34)

I was skeptical with starting ID first, but not any more. 88 TSP at 19...WOW!!

Wow What a beast. What do you mean with train OD and passing for a pop? Changing training between OD and passing every pop? If you pop OD and Passing, 1vs1 F againt to get 4 levels above?

I am very interested in this method.

The only problem I see is when you do training like this, you can only train 3 players instead 6 from the begining.

Jotaro Koma is a great prospect for Japan and will be an amazing player like Matsuyama can be currently.

So far, his manager is doing a very good job to make him progress, but first, and to properly evaluate this method, it seems important to me to specify the levels of its trainer, and of its young trainer ( I think he have one!), as well as the levels of its infrastructures like Gym Center and Training Court. It can make a big difference.

Then, it is also important to know that Koma, with his Hall of Fame potential, was drafted last season at 18 with a TSP of 65 (40+25), which is an already exceptional profile. I told you about him Yellow Cake at that time.

At the moment, I remain a little skeptical too, I think it might be a special case in very favorable conditions, but I may change my mind if more examples are added.

In any case, the undeniable advantage of this method is that the player is operational in defense more quickly.
On the contrary, in his defense, and as Orgram pointed out, it only allows 3 players to be trained from the start.

Believe me, I thought he was crazy too. To train ID to prolific first, I didn't understand. But now I do. The 11 ID helps with OD and IS elastic effects.
