well it won't be an easy task, look at his predecessors! I think Roman A wants a Champions League Trophy badly and if they manager doesn't help achieve that goal they will get the chop!
Guus is good, but I don't know if he'll be the magic or missing piece they need.

Roman A keeps pulling the trigger too quickly - you've got to allow a coach to build a culture as well as build a team, because there's where you get long term success from. I hate the ManUre, but there's no better example of it than them in the EPL.

They would have won two Champions Leagues by now if they stuck with The Special One, and let him decide who to bring in, not Aramhovic.

yeh that is so true, United have been the most successful English team in the past 10 years because they haven't changed their manager every time the team fails. Through his failures the team has risen past it and won countless trophies.
I guess the Gunners are in a similar but lesser level, they have always been successful but just not to the level of United.
It is defintiely a recipe for success, look how poorly Liverpool performed when there was so much uncertainty about the manager. Now they got Dalglish they need to secure him for the long-term.

some other guys in our federation forum have been talking about an Ice Hockey Fantasy game as well! There must be a few of them out there.
Have you guys played or are playing any other Fantasy Basketball manager games? Besides on Xbob and PS3.

haha yeah we've all dropped off at some point.. it's a bloody long season.. something like 30+ weeks?

Its funny that when NBA season starts, EPL activity drops hahha
