Sorry, but potential's way too low for any U21 player.

What position do you want him to play at? Unless you have been training secondaries all season, it doesn't look like he's gotten much training. Also, with his potential, it will be very difficult (not impossible) for him to make U21. He could make a good player for your team, though.

He's looking nice. If you keep him in good game shape, then he'll probably be on the team next season. Also, for future updates, send them in a BB-mail to fewmit, because anyone can read these forums and we don't want other teams' managers to know his skills. Good work on your player though.

That's it? I've got a zillion more questions!
The single best way to get additional help with training a U21 player is to join the USA off-site forum (http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/index/). Contact jfarb (28800) or Sleet (28628) to get approved after you register for the site. There you can chat, ask questions, and start a training diary.

Are those still the people to get approved? I've mailed them on bb but zero response so far. If anyone can approve me on the forums, my name is Jeefzors

Not listed there, but you can also mail coco, Lake Merritt Arrows manager in the NBBA, as he also has the ability to approve you.
