The percentage is rounded off. Your arena was actually a little more than 99.5% full. To the nearest whole number that is 100%, which is what is displayed.

You should be very happy with this,it means that the price for courtside seats is perfect.
When it's sold out in a way you lose money,so you don't have to change price for courtside seats!
