Usually its just before the second finals game.
Well, really it has also happened on this very day, Sunday after the last league game. And before that, it happened during the offseason process. There is no real point in predicting when it will happen
Actually, the soonest it's run is after the first round Playoff game on Tuesday....The goal is to have it done between game 1 and game 2 of the playoffs....but sometimes it stretches into Championship week...but it's never run before the 1st round of the playoffs.
