I think I see what your saying coz your at a Country that has a lot of Active Managers... while some like me are on a Country at even at Divsion3 we are still on the National CUp as of this moment.... so probably that disconnects us from what I am trying to say...

But anyway as what I have also said... I am sold to the idea of having another League or Cup with Teams on the same level of Divisions atleast on a regional scale for additional income (or collect points to redeem some supporter feature in a long run) and or Ranking... with a Swis-system Tournament format...

In the same Sched and type of Game the B3 has.

this would cause a huge impact and cause a tremendous lack of balance thus should never be implemented

Nevertheless, I still think it is not a bad idea to reveal the decimals of the skill of players. Probably instead of having a manager seeing their own player's decimals by paying, it would be better to make the decimals public and make everyone see the decimals of their own players and the players on the market.

If revealing the decimals is too detailed, then we can probably just cut each level into 3 (as in the box scores) or 5 sublevels.

Displaying sublevel might help in accelerating the game since it could make a newcoming manager feel their training progress more clearly (so that their training seems to improve every week, not just pop every 2-4 weeks). Of course, it might be even better for the training to make daily updates, so, for instance, managers can see a player improve in IS 0.07 points per day, rather than 1 point per 2 weeks.

I don't think your reasoning is bad, it's just that revealing sublevels would mean another game, not buzzerbeater.

losing the traditional names for the levels? that would be boring
unless you make the same level for each 5 numbers

at the moment we just need to adjust what is exising, example some tactics that are not used at all.
If something new should be done, I would focus on draft, that is probably the aspect of this game farthemost the reality.
