Hopefully this isn't out of turn but given next season is Worlds and he doesn't look outstanding compared to the other S27 candidates and I don't see any way you could make him unique enough to becoming a top option niche player, I think you should just focus on building him toward whatever final goal you have in mind.

Your plan to hit JR/OD next sounds good to me. At 6'4" those are both less than fun to train and will only slow considerably each season you put it off.

What is your final build goal?

I'm thinking of trying to make him a SG, not totally sure on a final build yet, i was thinking of taking the time and making him into my SF of the future. If i spend this season and one more on outside skills and then 2 on inside skills I think he could be a very good SF for me and only 23, so i could have him for like the next 10 seasons.

Pretty sure he has no chance to make the team, but hes my star trainee so i figured i'd keep his info updated. This year i'm moving back to outside training, might mix that up with some 1v1 inside. tho i'm open to any suggestions you guys have about his training.

At the moment he is behind other guard prospects so I would just train him the way you feel necessary and keep him in good GS. Keep in mind Kenneth Culver last season did not play a single U21 NT game last season until eventually playing in both the semi final and final because he stuck with it and remained in good GS.

Where did everybody go? Am I late to the party? I don't know what position would be best for the guy, center or small forward.

I think SF is out. 1 OD with a 6'9 will take a long time.

I don't know off hand how this guy compares to others but you will definitely need to +2 IS and alot of rebounding to be considered.
