In case anyone is wondering, his skills are 9/5/11/12/10/4 10/8/6/3 5/4 and he has HOF potential.

My first suggestion is to start training PA right away. Continue doing that until he hits fuerte (8) or excelente (9). Then I would work on his shooting. I'm sure you have been contacted by a U21 scout, so you can ask them for their opinion. If not, you can contact the U21 manager, Phyr (28895), and ask him what he thinks.

He won't make U21 NT unless his passing is at least 6 but the 8-9 range is recommended.

Do you want him to play SF or PF/C? If you want him to be at SF, he will need about 4-5 pops in passing like Nova said. If you want him to be a PF/C, he doesn't need too much passing.

Ah, very nice. You also made a smart long-term decision to train for the NT. Good luck with him.

He's not American but he's also not good so he'll fail in every conceivable way.

I've read the training guide but I'm a bit lost as to which should I train first and do I train as a team or solo position?

How would I train this young man right here? I would like to make him a SF but PF seems plausible too...idk what to go for...
