Do you want him to play SF or PF/C? If you want him to be at SF, he will need about 4-5 pops in passing like Nova said. If you want him to be a PF/C, he doesn't need too much passing.

Ah, very nice. You also made a smart long-term decision to train for the NT. Good luck with him.

He's not American but he's also not good so he'll fail in every conceivable way.

I've read the training guide but I'm a bit lost as to which should I train first and do I train as a team or solo position?

How would I train this young man right here? I would like to make him a SF but PF seems plausible too...idk what to go for...

I don't think he can make U21 so just train a PF for your club team. Always train single position when possible. Team training isn't effective and doesn't train very well. First make sure you go buy at least an advance trainer. Start by training 1v1, PA and OD. Get each up to 10-12. Then start training Primaries to his finish build.

I'm not sure if he'll make U21 either, but ask Phyr. This season I would focus on OD/ID, and especially his PA.

Right now I am doing 1/1 forwards but not sure what else to do. This past week I trained inside defense. I have an advanced trainer.
