I put 2 of my new (admittedly not that great) 18yo draftees on the TL:
(40868476) 18yo 211cm - AS - 18/24SP
(40868455) 18yo 208cm - AS - 20/23SP

Also on the TL my draftee from last season, he didn't respond that well to my outside training (Pa/JS/OD) despite 48min/week, only 6 or 7 pops, and I drafted someone better than that =)

(40054927) 19yo 218cm - SS - 30/23SP

I think with the right training he can still make the U21. Inside skills should train quite fast.
