moj nasvet: to sezono treniraj samo pokrivanje za oi in 1 na 1 za k/kc. Na vsaka dva tedna pokrivanja en teden 1 na 1. Pri 20ih pa še ostalo, kar si že napisal. Jaz ga ne bi spremenil v kc zaradi prenizkega potenciala.

Na katerih pozicijah pri treningu met z skoka,najhitreje napreduje met z razdalje?

Ne vem,če je tale tabela čisto natančna.Recimo met z skoka se najhitreje trenira na B in K,tu pa je označeno,kot,da se povsod enako,ravno tako za RM.

Recimo met z skoka se najhitreje trenira na B in K
In isto velja za razdaljo meta. RAzlike so sicer majhne, vendar so.

Jaz pa sem zelo zadovoljen, da so Anžic, Navršnik in Polh skupaj preskočili petkrat. Glede na to, da so stari 22, 23 in 24 let, je to kar fajn (1 na 1 za krila).

To je lepa. Tudi jaz sem imel 6 preskokov ta teden in od tega sta samo 2 doblia 48+ treninga.

ZO – zunanja obramba
OK- obramba pod košem
VŽ – vodenje žoge
P – prodiranje
B – blokade
S – skok
MK – met pod košem
MS – met iz skoka
RM – razdalja meta
POD – podajanje
Pri treningu- met z skoka- me zanima naslednje.Kateri skili se najhitreje trenirajo na določenih pozicijah?Na primer:
Vodenje žoge se najhitreje trenira na BRANILCIH,KRILIH ali BRANILEC in KRILO???
