Haha yeah but I am only focusing on 2 players so they get full training minutes and then who ever happens to play at that position will also get some training minutes, but usually it's split between 2 players.

So basically everyone is getting these random pops except me .... so glad I asked now ;)

I got nothing so far too. It's probably only for people that don't know how to train right in the first place. ;P

And you made ABBL like that?

You must be doing other things really right.

I think its a valid training strategy, especially if you're looking to manage minutes well and keep your players in good gameshape

Trying to train 3 players in single position training means 48 minute game, plus starting them another game. In a difficult league, this will usually mean your flogging your player for 80mins + a week.

We can't all train gameshape :)

I do train 3 players in single pos though.. but their gameshape suffers as a result

It's a great strategy - that's how i have generally done it. Occasionally i will get three guys through but i have manages to train some great players for both my team and for a profit by getting 2 main guys minutes each week and then a 3rd guy wherever possible. At the minute i am training 3 but when i get a week with three tough games i will go for 2 and what ever i can scavenge for the 3rd.

I make good coin, was an ABBL finalist and have never demoted after promoting so i think the plan works well!
