If you're training for U21, then sure, it might be unnecessary. If it's for your team, then it might be more necessary than not.

I would sell that first trainee if it's for my team because his biggest hole is the toughest thing to train. He can train OD or PA every short week until his 21. That would be 5 weeks of OD/PA training.

I would work on his guard skills this season. I would get his Außenvert to 8, before training 1v1 Guards and Passspiel to 8. After that, I would increase Sprungwurf to at least 6. Then I would train his Außenvert and Innenvert to 10 before the end of the season.

Don't worry about his rebounding as much because our U21 doesn't need SFs with high rebounding. Also, it will take away cap space in his potential. Do you want him to be defensive, offensive or balanced?

Train some OD and a little PA. Do you want him to be a PG or SG?

Makes no difference to me, I'd love scoring as well as some distribution.

Just drafted....
(first instinct) due to how my other trainees look, OD was where I was going to go first. Holler at me if that's a bad dea (this week is a 1v1 forwards due to shortness)
