I can tell you what my plans were if I didnt' had to sell him:

- Actually he's training passing and the plan was to increase it for 3 (could get some up next friday already with the training update, we'll see)
- some extra 2 ups OD could be considered and nice, although I wasn't sure about it as my other trainee would be more served with jumprange training. (I actually think I would have given Alessandro an extra up jumprange)
- before putting him on the TL, I would have finished with training inside defenses (ID, Rebounding and blocking)
