+2/3 on Passing, +1 on OD, then 1vs1 for Forwards till Driving reach 19 to finish him with JS for Forward till cap.
If you want maybe +1 REB too.
And you will have a Monster SF with low Stamina. But that trains pretty fast.

Just my 2 cents.

my plan is to get about 3-4 pops in SB and 1 in OD and ID, then 1on1 until cap,
or maybe get SB up to 10? any thoughts on this? =)

I like the idea of improving SB, but i still encourage higher passing as well. Maybe 7 SB, 12 PA, and then 1v1 till cap would be better.

Well, in this case i don´t agree with our Tactic-Yoda. To say it clear, he makes all the maths, statistics and number-things, i just look at my players, how they perform, and which effects newly added players have. My opinion: SB works not with only 1 guy, there is help-defense. In U21, we had a game where the PF made a new SB-record, but he was far away from beeing the best shot blocker in the team. Now it´s the question, what this means for your team: For me, a SF shall have at least 10 SB. With PF and C really strong at SB (15+), ur SF will benefit (and i´m interested how this´ll work with 2-3 zone, i´ll see it next season).

So if u have strong shot blockers on PF/C, i´d give him SB training, the better the best. If ur PF and C suck at shot blocking, let it be. Here the words of Yoda are totally correct :)
But as i said, i play with stomach, the other one with brain. Maybe my thoughts are totally wrong, and there just had been lots of coincidences the past season games i looked at.

If it were me...

Since he has HOF potential...

I'd train one on one guards to improve his shooting/handling/driving to 17/16/18

Then I'd train some more OD/ID to 19/16 and maybe a little passing to 12.

I would completely ignore SB. Its not important.

SB all day long. people make the mistake to focus on blocks per game and forget that shot blocking helps contesting shots. a few more pops in passing are also nice to have. As I like to have JR on my SF i would give it a few more pops as well.

anyway, nice player you have there.
