But we can write here also, I want to continue your progress forward,
I want to try to get managers involved together to make the U21 great! planning with others what and how to train, I have a vison that I would like to go, but it is hard to do that if it does not happen with other managers who has the players on their team and are training them, wee need good defenders in my opinion to make it with the big guys, we do not have lot of teams so our Icelandic managers do not have many players to choose from, so everybody are not training like the same thing, but I understand that it's difficult if he's not the nr.1 trainee, but lets hope we can work together on this.
I have been working on finding players (lot of searching
), I do not have any old file for the players, I made one myself and if I am elected I have been trying to be as ready that I can be by searching the players. And if I am elected I will be contacting the managers of the prospects and see how their thoughts/plan are for the prospects.
If you or the other managers have any question for me please ask, so I can prove you I have the ability and the motive to try my best to get the team up there!
