Cockayne for sale (36038436), only 25yo and already the best canadian C

A major NT player for at least the next 5-7 seasons. He's worth the investment.

PS: I dodged a major bullet here, I didn't check if I needed to save him... didn't realized the big green would go bot :O

I am looking for a top notch big man, but not like Beauchemin. If he had PA + OD at great level then sure.

If anyone plans to sell a big man between now and middle of next season, give me a heads up

Well don't look too much into canadian bigs in that case, most of our top players are a bit mono skilled, with the exception of Burimenko, and Cockayne a bit.
Pietschmann is a well rounded player as well, but just a bit under the "top notch" level IMO

Does Avila (35218290) not have a chance at NT? Jeeze, just looking at Beauchemin for example I'd be shocked if Avila wasn't considerably better even out of position at C than him.

Agreed, he looks like a stud! Want to give him 2 more in RB, 1 more in ID, and then sell him to me? :D

He does have a shot, but as you say he would be out of position at the C spot (where Beauchemin/Cockayne and Sutter are better choices against 200k bigs), and at the PF spot Burimenko and Pietchmann are superior. With Burimenko retiring in 2-3 seasons he certainly has a chance for the PF spot and backup SF when we need inside depth.
Great training BTW, +5 ISP and +5 OSP in 2 seasons 1/2, quite impressive at his age
