Dexter's little brother!! I had my eye on him. Glad he stayed in USA.

Yeah, if someone is going to profit from OrioleKid's ridiculous luck, it might as well be EBW. ;)

Alternate is and 1-1 forwards until IS equals 8 to start with. Then get OD to 9 then passing to 6 then work JS wingmen (so he can play sf and your guards you train or have trained can play sg)

Edit duration.

JS until 10

Level 4 trainer is fine for your purposes.

21yo min. - 80 total skills, 9OD/ID, 6PS/IS

Those are the minimum reuirements for a SF in the U21 program right now, according to this thread. Unlike guards or bigs, a U21 training plan at SF doesn't really hurt any long term goals you may have with this player. MY advice would be to set your sights on those requirements. You may not make it, but even if you don't you are well on your way to a great SF.

As far as training another player, most people do train at least two people at a time. As long as their training plans fit together well, that's a great idea.

This kind of player. I feel he should ignore U21 efforts, and just set sights on NT efforts.... will work better for HIS team in the long run too anyways.

I dont disagree. but are the two goals that different in this case? I think either way you have the same approach the first three years here

Hello all,

I recently purchased one of your 18 year old players. I was just wondering if I could get any advise from some of the more experienced managers on how I should go about his training...

Two reasons: I know you won't screw him up royally or waste him, and you're not in my league. ;)

You should ask femit. He is the U21 coach.

I would give him some 1v1 Guards training until his HA/DR is at sensational or tremendous. Then I would also train his OD to wondrous, since this is the lowest level of OD the U21 will take.

Due to the depth of players we have that can play for the U21, your player may not make the cut. Good luck.
