Garvey and Mulcahy would have been saved regardless, their TSP is above 60, but that way I can keep an eye on them. And that's true new draftees are way better than they used to be, especially the 19yo

I'll try to scoop him up if he's unwanted. Or go to war for him if he's very wanted. Or be in bed sleeping at time of sale, more likely.

The training I'd give him would be more inside training unless that sabotages him. Not sure if Cs need more OD these days.

Not really, 19OD is enough I think. A bit more SB would be a bonus in close games, can be the difference between winning and losing. But more Pa would be an even bigger bonus ;)

Another bunch of 18/19 yo with MVP+ potential that will go bot in the next 2 weeks (I'm not really sure it falls under the rules of the thread, if a moderator feels it does not send me a bbmail, thanks!):

Definitely won't make the U21 (or maybe Driscoll with excellent training)... but they can be useful for the NT in the long term and won't cost too much (certainly less that a full season of scouting that's for sure!).
