Yeah I think it mirrors the improvement in the NT's - Div II's are now tougher with more teams competing to get promotion but with smaller crowds cant always get the big players they need to really push on

Maybe next week depending how quickly ratings update, eh lambaw ;o)

and on the arena point surely if all the teams in II invest in their arenas and do better in the cup on average then they will build their fanbases, charge more, make more to afford better players?

Surely in other bigger division structures this is what has already happened?
