I want to invest and take the time to plan the right trainingprogram. I also want to motivate managers with level 8 and 9 potential players to get the most out of these players. Training means dedication and dedication means hard work. If we can focus on that we can build a great generation of players capable of achieving great results. Communication is essential in this and I want a good understanding with all managers that train (potential) NT players.

Thats good to hear. Even superstar potential can be great for this NT when trained right. Offcourse I understand with 13 active managers it is difficult to build something good, but if these 13 managers all work together it is possible. Maybe manager kto-kto can help unify them if they are motivated to do so.

I understand, but I think they do respect your experience. Is there another active Thai speaking manager who has a good influence on the other Thai managers? Good communication is essential in training U21/NT players.

I saw that manager nEver_boy has experience in both U21 and NT coaching. Could he help?

I see that 2 Thai managers have put themselves on the list for NT coach. No chance for me now I think. Good luck!
