Hello Ghanaian voters!
I'm The Facilitator, a former D1 college basketball student manager, current Ghana U21 Assistant, and hopefully your future Ghana National Team Manager! As someone who has put countless hours into sports simulation games like OOTP and Football Manager, the practice of organizing and implementing a successful team plan isn't a foreign concept to me. Furthermore, I'm a proven winner in sports simulation leagues, where the added element of user management combines with game knowledge to push your abilities to the next level. While I may only have a couple of years of BuzzerBeater experience under my belt, I believe that the experience I have in other competitive online leagues can be translated into success in the NT format.
The FoundationsGhanaian Development NetworkCredit to spapjh where credit is due, he came up with the idea of a "building a nation save", which turned into the development of a plan to improve Ghana's standing on both a U21 and NT level. Along with his already existing Utopia team dedicated to Ghanaian prospects, I am in the process of transitioning my own teams to follow this path. I've even convinced a friend of mine to follow in our footsteps and set up his own Utopia team under the development network. Regardless of my appointment as the NT manager, this is something I would love to see expand with more users moving forward. The U21 team is definitely experiencing a shortage of developed 21 year olds, and these teams can mitigate that shortage in the near future. Plus, these players will be the foundation of your future NT.

You should do this with your Utopia team too! ;)
National Team SpreadsheetWe already have a tracking spreadsheet for the Ghana U21 team, giving us a head start on creating an all-encompassing database for all Ghanaian players. Being able to gather as much data as possible prior to the NT enthusiasm reset and placing it in an easily accessible spot for the NT will be invaluable during the roster construction phase of the season. We can also keep track of possible future talent here, making it easier to check in with guidance and establish timelines for each player. This is also where we will store multiple lineup options based on strategy/opposition roster construction.
What's Next?Ghana NT DiscordIf elected, a unified NT discord server will be established for communication between anyone interested in helping the cause. This will be similar to that of other established national servers, but will have a focus on serving those who have a player on the U21/NT radar.
Ghanaian Private LeagueSince Ghana plays under Nations of Africa, putting together an optional private league made up of teams from Ghana, teams with U21/NT players, and teams that are part of the Development Network could be a good way to drive engagement moving forward. There were only 6 MVP+ potential players generated in the S64 draft class, and we're down one more Ghanaian user with FC Johnny going inactive this season. Keeping engagement up with our four current Ghanaian users is vital to getting prospects into the development system.
Closing ThoughtsI'm fully dedicated to developing this team, overcoming the challenge of a running a low playerbase nation, and extracting every ounce of competitive advantage we can on our way to becoming a winning nation. A vote of trust in me is an investment in the future of the Ghanaian NT, and I appreciate that wholeheartedly. You can count on me to do everything I can to make things happen for Ghana moving forward!
Thank you for your consideration,
The Facilitator
