Siam Paragon in the Land of Smiles almost set for Dynasty Team

With the sale of Adria Serra; the General Manager is almost done setting the as he call it "Dynasty Team". He firmly believes that this team not only get attention to Bangkok but to BBB globally. " We have the intention to make the fans proud for generations to come. With the sale of our utilty player Serra we have now the eldest being only 25 believing we are set for a DYNASTY TEAM that thrills the coming years in Thailand. Looking at the strongest opponents in Thailand the teams are soon to be transition teams; to fill in youngsters in the roster; this might play in advantage of Siam to silently take over the reign of HALL OF FAMER Team Gachai"

Many people at the press conference were not sure to be disgusted of Dau arrogance or to admire him for his determination..Time will tell and determine wether it is his visionary or blurryness management that took place..

I sure understand why you are so confident about the future. You built a very competitive roster. I'm looking forward of seeing the results you'll obtain in B3. Cause in Thailand, your supremacy has already begun.

In addition, I hope you'll turn Thai players into monsters. I'm sure you can achieve all those objectives. You've got the "BB science", so I'm not worried about that!

~ WILL CATALDO BORTOLOTTO CHANGE THE PLAYING FIELD?
With the recruitment of an experimented Italian shooting guard at the last minutes of the transfer market deadline, Somdetsfinest made a big splash as the Play-Offs begins.

Paragon. Paragon? Paragon! After a perfect regular season (22 wins - 0 loss) and a Prathet Thai cup victory, Siam Dau & his Siam Paragon in the Land of Smile (59278) appeared to be the unopposed future champion of Prathet Thai Season 14 Play-Offs League I.1. But it was shelving Somdetsfinest way too quickly. The all-time great general manager (Editor's note: Somdetsfinest manage on BuzzerBeater since Season 3!) is not the type to give up easily. After being devastated by EZ Company retirement, Somedetsfinest has found a new lease on life for the competition. As witness the recent move of Cataldo Bortolotto (2935602), a 12.0 rating shooting guard who used to draw a paycheck in Poland (Editor's note: Bortolotto used to belong to KS Goldena (162456)). According to most experts, the weak point in Gachai roster was located in their outside sector. But thanks to Bortolotto, the team appears to be more fitted to compete with Siam Paragon in the Land of Smile.

The Play-Offs series as just begun and Gachai won its first game easily. Bortolotto droped a 13.0 rating, with an average of 50 FG%. The Italian didn't have to force his talent. More, Somedetsfinest decided to focus the attacks inside. The Italian as despite finished the game with 11 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 36 minutes. A good omen for the final shock.

~ IT'S LIKE CELTICS - LAKERS
The 1st game of the Finals took place last Tuesday. Will Gachai be able to get things back on an even keel?

It smells like the perfume of big games. The ones that makes your heart beat faster than the speed of light. Last Tuesday, the 2 biggest team of Prathet Thai history confronted in order to know who will reign on Season 14. And the game is worth the candle! After coming across a-more-than-20-victories long season, Gachai (59283) and Siam Paragon in the Land of Smile (59278) crushed the competition during the pass months. But only champions are eternal. The "rests" are just pass by date and belongs to a history that will soon or later disappear in ones mind.

At this stage, Siam Dau have the half of the crown on his head. By giving no chances to Gachai (92 - 118), "LOS" confirmed his undefeated strike conducting to a 36 wins in a row in official competitions. A performance!
The Finals has just begun, but Gachai can't already afford to make a mistake. Pretty hard to become champion. Right Somedetsfinest?

~ ONE VOTE = THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE
On January 13th, candidates will be able to start registering for Prathet Thai's national team general manager position.

In small countries like Prathet Thai, a large number of candidates will intend to aspire to the position of general manager of the country. In the batch, we might find some cheaters (multiple accounts) or even some general managers that might be running for the position just for their own glory, to satisfy their ego; even though they don't have the shoulders to bear the responsibilities. Votes are unique. Assembled, they "speak out loud" what Prathet Thai citizens are waiting for the two following seasons. No matter what ones want their country to look like, don't forget that we have the right to choose. The right to decide what our faces will look like throughout the world. Prathet Thai, make your voice be heard: vote!

~ A FADDISH LEADER, BUT A HAPPY LEADER
The Byakko Kingdom, one of Prathet Thai's promising franchise, took up the first place in League I.1 - Great 8 for the first time of their young history.

With a perfect run since the beginning of the season, the Byakko Kingdom (59308) are co-leader with the ogre Siam Paragon in the Land of Smile (59278). Even more, the mens of Number Twenty Three have the luxury of leading the debate thanks to a more competitive Point Differential (95 to 51).

This situation won't last any longer, starting by tomorrow with a tricky game @t BoBoATK (59342) and their magnificent superstar Somdet Wongkumlao (12267177) (30 pts, 19 rbds, 9 assists average since the beginning of the season). But this situation please the board of directors and comfort them on the orientation that has taken N#23.

Appetite grows by what it feeds on...

BIG WIN FOR THAI NT
We opened our senior National Team Asian Cup Qualifying with a very satisfying win over world number 46 Japan on the road. Led by Watcharapong Ratana-ubol's 20 points and wunderkid Somdet Wongkumlao's 17 points and 10 rebounds, the Charging Elephants used great handling (6 turnovers to 19 for Japan) and clutch 4th quarter free throw shooting to win by 9, 85-76.

Our next two games will be much more difficult but spirits are high in the locker room and a second round game is the goal for this season.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

SEASON 15 CUP FINAL

Thailand's top two ranked teams, Siam Paragon in the Land of Smiles (1) and Gachai (2) will square off on March 3rd in the season 15 National Tournament fnal. Will Gachai's aging but experienced cagers be able to rise to the occasion or will Siam's young squad of NT players and rising stars show their quality? I see the game being over by the 4th quarter, with a final score of 96-79 in favor of Siam Paragon. Sadly, I won't be able to watch the game as I will be flying to California with my family. Good luck to Dau and congrats to all Thai teams for an exciting Cup this year.

IMHO; The last 4 gamesbetween us have been quite an anti climax for me. So I know it is the modesty that is talking right now. I hope for a win but I'd say at the moment 30/70 chance for Siam. I hope to be part of next BBB3; because players yearn to get more experience abroad.. You flying the Japan route or the Europe route to get to California? And holiday only I hope? Otherwise Somdet will be pretty boring there..
