His potential is a bit low to make it to the NT, and his outside skill-set is terrible, so don't expect him to get in, unless extremely favourable circumstances (or lack of big guys).
But with + 12 Driving and handling, + 6 RB, + 3 SB, and of course a little bit of shooting (hard to day how much, since the 1v1 he badly needs will surely let him get a level or 2 both IS and JS) he'll be a pretty solid club player, godlike in D.2 or passable for BBBL.
