Push the ball is one of the worst neutral systems, especially against 3-2 if you dont have adequate passing. DLR extremely lucky, if he chose BO he would have won more convincingly


congrats to the finnish guy for such a strong team , its a bummer to lose because of bad luck, but it is what it is Also congrats to DLR for clinching the trophy after many tough losses

yes, but I dont think the enthusiasm levels are the same, plus the home advantage is there. Also joe faced patient which means much less shot for both teams. 3-2 is a great defense but BO imho can break it u just need to invest on passing. Push the ball has far less quality shots. I dont consider myself a tactics expert, but its what I see overall in top level games

Also I just saw that Hupipalloilijat played with SB players, shot blocking and shot altering or forced miss because of SB is not depicted in the pp100, which anyway is not to be taken too seriously, in theory someone wrote that DLR could have won 121-83, which if far far far away from the factual truth and how the game engine really works .PP100 and game ratings are highly misleading, especially in top level games

Well, I don't know for a fact if SB altered,forced miss, or blocked shots are calculated in the initial stats and quality of shots in justins simulations. If they are calculated, then I guess I have alot more to learn about push

Good to have a confirmation on p/100 not being that relevant when 3-2 with good shot blockers is deployed. Have suspected as much looking at some of the box scores we and other similarly built teams have had.

Also, it's obviously no use to simply look at the averages on p/100 when one team plays with shot blockers and a tactic that minimizes how many shots they will take during the game. But maybe you already took that into account in your calculations Joe, more so pointing this out to someone else earlier simply throwing out the averages.

But nonetheless, we were most definitely on the plus side of rng yesterday having the game that close while risking two misses on the GDP. The stronger team won, no question whatsoever.

Congratulations to both teams.
Tight score despite what all of you wrote before-maybe we should temper game engine a little bit .
But 3-2 with unique build monster blockers is doing a job.
I guess DLR did PtB so he wouldn't be guessed even once.
Kuosmanen 7blocks in B3 final - noice.

DLR with big chances to win 3 trophies in one season(polish cup-won, B3-won, PLK final 1-0)
