After 2 entire seasons I would like to make a first point about the Japan Training Center I've made.

Staff:
Youth Trainer: Level 4 for 18- and 19-year-olds
Trainer: Always Level 4

Team Infrastructure
Arena Total Capacity: 9830 (8744+840+230+16)
Gym: 0/3
Training court: 1/3
HR Center: 0/3

- Toshihiro Ikoma, 26, +6 JS, +5 JR, +17 OD, +12 HD, +5 PA, +12 DR, +5 IS, +5 ID, +1 RB, +1 SB = +65
- Sadaki Nishiyama, 26, +8 JS, +5 JR, +8 OD, +11 HD, +11 DR, +3 PA, +5 IS, +2 ID, +2 RB = +54
- Kensaku Ikarashi, 25, +6 JS, +4 JR, +11 OD, +13 HD, +12 DR, +5 PA, +5 IS, +3 ID, +2 RB = +61

Toshihiro Ikoma has played in 11 competitive U21 games and 5 U21 scrimmages
Toshihiro Ikoma has played in 17 competitive NT games and 9 NT scrimmages

Future:
- A new player had joined the JTC with a good profil Eito Igarashi (52220202)
- Continue to train 3 players, Toshihiro Ikoma in priority, always plus Ikarashi and the new one Igarashi. Nishiyama will be stopped in his progress
- Continue to develop team infrastrucures to increase the team's budget
- Win as many matches as possible with my means

I'm very proud of my players progress with the 3 are most importants players of the team now with special joy for Ikoma who is a important part of Japan NT.

I encourage all managers to train locally to increase the country's pool of talent.
