Maybe someone will be interested in my player - Godert Paridaens (41875082). 19YO, MVP 78TSP. I think he has got huge chace to play either u21 and first. If someone is interested PM me.
I will be also appreciate for advices how to proper train him

Give him 1v1 SF/PF at least this season and also the whole next one. Then, as he's rather big, I'd focus on outside skills first, pressing then passing, and then switch to the inside ones.

Thanks, sounds similarly to what I plan. If I will do that he still has chances to play in U21 team as well?

I don't have eyes on the roster, so I couldn't say, you have to talk to the U21 manager for that. But he's clearly a player aimed at NT rather than U21, so I wouldn't focus on the U21 as objective.

You will also have to decide what kind of profile you want for him in the end. If you're aiming towards SF rather than PF, outside training will last a little longer, thus the 1v1 training as well.
