Shotblocking on SFs would be a bonus for consideration (as would quite a few other things like high IS, OD, PS, and/or ID), but I didn't want to either reduce the modest 9ID guideline or make a minimum SB requirement so I left the requirements alone.

Group hug!

Sweetness. I'll be sure to try to get that bonus then. Thanks for the information.

Can you not look at the first post which states:

1. Guard
-18 year old *check
- At least perennial all-star (7) potential *check
- Ideally 30 skill points in the 6 guard skills *check (36)

Train away:

Point Guard
Height - Up to 6'4"
18yo min. - Perennial Allstar Potential (7); OD+HA+PA>14; 30 Guard Skills
21yo min. - 14OD, 13PA, 65 Guard Skills

Combo Guard
Height - Up to 6'5" (shorter is better)
18yo min. - Perennial Allstar Potential (7); JS+OD+PA>15; 31 Guard Skills
21yo min. - 13OD, 11PA, 68 Guard Skills

Inside Offense Guard
Height - Up to 6'3" (shorter is better)
18yo min. - Perennial Allstar Potential (7); JS+OD+PA>14; IS>3; 30 Guard Skills
21yo min. - 12OD, 11PA, 7IS, 63 Guard Skills

Shooting Guard
Height - Up to 6'2" (shorter is better)
18yo min. - Perennial Allstar Potential (7); OD+JS+PA>15; 30 Guard Skills
21yo min. - 13OD, 14JS, 9PA, 63 Guard Skills

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

You will also most likely get a message from our scouting staff soon if he fits the salary/potential requirements, and that scout should be able to help you in deciding how to train him to give you the best chance at making him a U21 player. Good luck!!

right so he has more then the minimum requirements for a combo guard as JS+OD+PA=19 and his total guard skills=36. But just because he has more then the minimum does ont mean he is really good enough as that would depend on the other players out there and the post does not say what they would recommend training not to mention that the best option to train would be dependent on the specific skills of the player and the needs of the team. Anyways thanx for being an asshole

Anyways thanx for being an asshole and go back to canada

Keep it up and you'll get a fine, which would be better used on your arena.

i mean this is the USA U21 forum, and i'm posting a good player i just drafted and asking for advice and you feel the need to come here and be rude and unhelpful. Clearly i read the first post as i posted a player who was above the minimum states, fell free to either be helpful or just not respond.

Then do this:

If you are considering training a player that fits one of these guidelines, please look on the off-site or contact a U21 scout or coach for a very helpful and efficient training plan for your player!

Hey man don't argue with Kumiko, he worked hard to copy these guidelines for Canada and so expects you to read them
