Ah, that is interesting. I wonder if that would reflect in other top NTs as well. If it does then it could likely be a matter of team strength (with Singapore NT/U21 being the middle teams).

1v1 Wingmen only trains at 90% of what 1v1 Guards gives you.

I suppose the only benefit would be the positions that are trained. For better results you would want to train 1v1 Guards or 1v1 Forwards.

Isn't this already explicitly stated on the training page?

You're right, it is. It's been a while since I've trained one on one

"Just be careful how often you train GS. It's not 100% effective until the 5th week after you've trained it once."

Are they all taken in equal measure?

No.

Also, when playing Outside Box and One the +1 defender calculation is more affected by OD. When playing Inside Box and One the +1 defender calculation is more affected by ID.

Also, my own research indicates that the +1 defender rebounds at his nominal position

This is true. The rebounding position doesn't "move around" with the +1 defender

I believe this is confirming the theory that after a player hits his potential, the restriction on his training is tiered into 3 caps that get progressively more restrictive.

(323193.107) A lot of useful information in this thread that I'd recommend reading, but thought this one in particular stood out in how skills are effected by tactics.
