Is it possible to play only three players during a scrimage? All my other players get enough minutes during the normal games and I do not have a lot of guys on my roster. Is it possible to play a scrimage this way or will it count as a forfeit and my players will not get the minutes for the game?

Thanks

I can't really remember the minimum number of players that you have to use to avoid a 25-0 forfeit. I think 3 is correct, but don't trust me on this one; definately need someone else to confirm.

One thing I know you can do is buy some horrible players to fill minutes during your scrimmages. If you want, you can even buy a couple guys for $1000 each, use them for the scrimmage, and then fire them before the financial update on Monday. The overall cost of doing this is extremely low, and I just thought I'd mention it as an option.

I think 3 players is the minimum you need to avoid a walkover, yes. I remember reading about this awhile ago, and I think the magic number was 3. However, I haven't actually tried fielding only 3 players, so I can't be certain.
