What tactics are effective against a full court press?
Or does it perhaps depend simply on the handling and passing of your players as to how they deal with it?
Full court press is usually a bad defense. Just play with your usual tactic and you'll probably do fine.
If any of your regulars have very low handling and/or passing you could be in trouble. So, for example, if your C has atrocious handling and passing, you might want to play someone else for that game.
Of course, good offensive flow in general helps, too.
