Hi,
I've been training every other skill instead of stamina. I've notice that there's a pattern in my game, first half I always start strong, but in second half i start to lose in scoring and defending. Does this mean I need to train stamina?

Can you tell me what I would benefits from training, stamina or game shape?

I believe that it is sufficient if you train stamina and free shots during all-star break and off season, i.e. when you can't train other things efficiently. I have trained it during those weeks or during weeks when I failed to get a good number of minutes for the players I train. But if I can train 5 players 100% in two positions I would never sacrifice a training for stamina or free shots.
