Definately Passing and Handling, and I think Driving does as well. How good the PG is in these areas has a big impact on your team's rating, and the SG and SF also play a large role. In general, the offensive flow rating in the box score is meant to give a rough indication of how good your team is at creating shots (as well as avoiding turnovers).
