It's easy, What do you prefer and why?, perhaps we can create a good discussion of this thread.

Personally, I prefer the stamina training because it helps all abilities during the game, I mean, keeps the player's 'good' performance during the game, including, free throws.

Who cares?!

I'd prefer Free Throw training to Stamina because I noticed that stamina hardly influences on players' perfomance.
For example, this guy has atrocious stamina. (8238514) It doesn't prevent him from scoring in any quarter.
But FT training doesn't let lose the points you need so much, especially in crunch time.

We are the ones who wanna play, always wanna go but we never wanna stay

i like to train freee throw, when some of my player still ahs skill below 5 - stamina training is a think i didn't like because i didn't notice the influence of it with the exception of the player rating.

Wich should be the way that you would prefer to noticed it? Training stamina is not going to transform a regular player into a superstar. Nor will make to train a specific skill for once.

Probably, a long term plan of Stamina Training Managment will decide it. "Regular" stamina as most of teams, a middle-down one or a high impact plan is going to shape the overall performance of your players.

Off course, when it comes to performance there is always this sort of trade off between training Stamina and a specific Skill. It is your call to decide it.

This also depends on your opponent's stamina. Besides that fact and like I said before, one training in stamina won't make a huge difference ;D

let me say it so, that i know that other teams rate stamina higher then me ;) And also against those teams i can see a drop in the last quarter - now with better stamina(through transfer maybe 2-4 trainings in average nothing change).

I hate Stamina.

If Stamina is too high it makes trying to keep a starters minutes under 70 really hard if he plays two games a week and you don't win one by 20pts.

High Stamina really effects your ability to get training minutes for secondary players and Game Shape.

Low stamina thought has its own issues

I also prefer free throw training over stamina bevause they help make the baskets and the coach just takes the players off when needed any way

1 train to maintain stamina during the season and 2 of free throws during your weeks with only 2 games...

i prefer both :D
